The scope of services includes:
 

• Support for the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) for employees
• Calculation of salaries and preparation of payrolls under employment contracts and civil law contracts
• Keeping and updating personal files of employees
• Preparation and sending of declarations and reports for the needs of ZUS, US, GUS, PFRON
• Preparation of annual tax returns for employees and persons employed under civil law contracts.

HR and payroll services are provided on the basis of the provisions of the Labor Code, the Personal Income Tax Act, the Act on the Social Insurance System and the Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy.
